Beacon is a European venture capital firm founded in 2021 to back ambitious founders building AI-powered enterprise software. We focus on a small number of high-conviction bets and work side-by-side with teams to help scale them into $100m+ revenue businesses.
We’re backed by exited tech founders, leading European GPs, and global family offices who share our belief that Europe’s enterprise tech ecosystem is undervalued—but on the verge of global breakout.
WHAT IS BEACON’S INVESTMENT FOCUS?
We invest in AI-powered and data-driven enterprise software across data, applications, and infrastructure. Our sweet spot is B2B scaleups solving real problems for enterprise customers through scalable, recurring-revenue models.
We don’t invest in consumer (B2C) businesses. In exceptional cases, we may consider adjacent models if there is strong strategic alignment.
WHAT STAGE AND GEOGRAPHIES DOES BEACON NVEST IN?
We invest at Series A–B in companies based in the UK and EU27.
Typical criteria:
- ARR: $3M+
- Strong year-on-year growth, close to T2D3 profile
- Experienced founding teams with domain expertise
- Ability to scale to $50M+ revenue within 3 years
- Investment size: Initial $1–2M, with capital for follow-ons up to Series D

We’re a hands-on, high-conviction partner. We support founders with GTM strategy, sales comp design, budgeting, tech stack, and more.
You’ll work directly with our team—no layers, no fluff. Board meetings drive strategy; day-to-day support is always a message away. We act as your SSO (Single Sign-On) to expertise that unlocks scale.
